

Her Excellency Dr. Shaikha Rana Bint Isa Bin Duaij Al Khalifa, Director General of the Institute of Public Administration, emphasized the importance of strengthening partnerships with various administrative institutions in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries. She noted that such collaborations contribute to aligning visions and strategies aimed at empowering and training national and Gulf human capital to advance institutional work systems. This effort aligns with the comprehensive development witnessed by the Kingdom of Bahrain under the prosperous reign of His Majesty King Hamad Bin Isa Al Khalifa, may Allah protect him, and with the continuous support of His Royal Highness Prince Salman Bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, may God protect him.
This statement was made on the occasion of the signing of a cooperation agreement between the Institute of Public Administration and the Royal Academy of Management in Oman, within the framework of the State Visit of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, may God protect him, to the Sultanate of Oman, in response to the kind invitation of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tariq, may Allah protect him. The agreement was signed on behalf of Bahrain by His Excellency Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani and on behalf of Oman by His Excellency Badr Al Busaidi, Minister of Foreign Affairs.
Her Excellency Dr. Shaikha Rana Bint Isa Al Khalifa pointed out that the Institute’s strategic partnership with the Royal Academy of Management aims to enhance cooperation between the two brotherly countries in the field of administrative development and exchange of expertise in training and institutional capacity building. These efforts will contribute to investing in human capital through the provision of educational and training services according to the highest standards.
She added that such partnerships open new horizons for cooperation, enhancing the exchange of knowledge and expertise to achieve greater integration within the institutional work systems across the GCC in various fields.
