The Institute of Public Administration (BIPA) received yesterday a delegation from the Ministry of Civil Service in Oman, in order to promote ways of joint cooperation between the two sides, and get acquainted in regard to BIPA’s experience in the areas of management development, especially in leadership programs such as the preparation program of government leaders (leaders), where the delegation praised the Bahraini model applied in the leadership programs.
During the meeting, the Director of Registration at BIPA Mr. Najem Salmeen reviewed the plan of the training programs and the short courses approved by the Institute for 2014, noting that the plan is based on the results of a study of training needs carried out earlier by the Institute to stand on areas of training needs of public sector employees in the Kingdom of Bahrain. On the other hand, the delegation of the Ministry of Civil Service praised the quality of the programs offered by the Institute and won international accreditation that enriched the field of development of civil service employees in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
