Her Excellency Dr. Shaikha Rana Bint Isa Bin Duaij Al Khalifa, Director General of the Institute of Public Administration, emphasized that Bahrain’s success in hosting the second in-person component of the “Future of Work in Government for Gulf Countries” program is the result of well-planned strategies. These efforts reflect Bahrain’s belief in the ambition and competence of national and Gulf talents, as well as their ability to achieve governmental goals and aspirations in alignment with Gulf visions and strategies for sustainability and human resource development.
She further stated that the institute will continue its efforts to explore mechanisms for enhancing the capabilities of government leaders, to advance administrative development. This remains a core objective that the institute, in collaboration with its counterparts in public administration institutes across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), seeks to achieve following the highest global standards and best practices.
Her remarks came during the opening of the second in-person component of the program, organized by the Institute of Public Administration in partnership with the Royal Academy of Management in the Sultanate of Oman, Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford, and the General Secretariat of the GCC.
