Her Excellency Dr Shaikha Rana bint Isa bin Duaij Al Khalifa, the Director General of the Institute of Public Administration affirmed that the Kingdom of Bahrain is abound with distinguished national leaders as a result of the continuous support for their capabilities and skills, Her Excellency added that the Institute of Public Administration through its National Program for the Develop of National Leaders endeavours to create a unified work system characterised by integration and harmony between various government agencies by providing the best scientific and practical knowledge to national cadres in the public sector that go hand in hand with the priorities of national work and at the same time supports the government work progress to achieve the desired national goals.
Her Excellency’s statement came on the occasion of the closing ceremony of the ‘Qiyadat’ program as part of the National Program for the Development of Government Leaders, during which the participants in batch 28 and batch 29 graduated.
Her Excellency Dr Shaikha Rana bint Isa Al Khalifa highlighted that the ‘Qiyadat’ program since its launch in 2010 has attracted more than 500 trainees from the category of managers and similar posts in the government sector which has achieved the strategic goals of the program namely the development of a national leader with competitive strategic thinking and has the capability to attain higher leadership positions in the Kingdom of Great of Bahrain.
Her Excellency Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa bin Duaij Al Khalifa praised the level of the outputs of the participants of the ‘Qiyadat’ program from both batches 28 and 29, represented by 8 policies on sustainable institutional directives concurrent with national and global requirements in the fields that advance economic development in the Public Sector.
