Her Excellency Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa bin Duaij Al Khalifa, Director General of the Institute of Public Administration, stressed the importance of qualifying and developing frontline cadres working in the public and private sectors, which would improve the quality of services provided to citizens and meet their aspirations. She added that investing in the human element starts with providing them with the best skills and apt capabilities in line with the institutional needs and future plans. This came during the closing ceremony of the Customer Service Excellence Program, provided to the Insurance company Solidarity by the Institute of Public Administration.
Her Excellency Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa Al Khalifa pointed out that the program was designed by the institute specifically for the category of frontline service providers at Solidarity Company, by studying and analyzing the actual training requirements of their cadres, which were monitored in a scientific and systematic manner, with the aim of obtaining the best knowledge and scientific returns that enable them to participate in achieving the company’s strategic objectives.
For his part, Mr. Ashraf Adnan Bseisu, CEO of Solidarity Holding Group, explained that the partnership with the Institute of Public Administration in the design and implementation of the program comes to achieve Solidarity Company’s ambition to raise the efficiency of national cadres working in the insurance sector in the Kingdom of Bahrain. He praised the performance of the program’s frontline cadres who were able to prepare projects to develop the service delivery environment, in addition to personal development plans for them through the various skills and tools they acquired in the training workshops. and the different modules in the program, which in turn will be reflected in the quality of services provided to Solidarity customers.
