Her Excellency Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa bin Duaij Al Khalifa, Director General of the Institute of Public Administration, stressed that the Kingdom of Bahrain, under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, and the continuous follow-up of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, may Allah protect them, now enjoys national youth energies and leaders capable of participating in the decision-making process. She added that this was possible as a result of the joint national visions and strategies between various institutions in the public and private sectors and civil society institutions, that aim to empower Bahraini youth according to the highest standards in line with current trends and future aspirations.
Her statement came during her participation in the closing ceremony held by the Institute of Public Administration for the fifth batch of the National Leadership Program “HiPO-YOUTH”, where Her Excellency Dr. Sheikha Rana, honored 42 young men and women participating and volunteers in the fifth batch of the HIPO-YOUTH program, and she awarded the “Enjaz” award to the team that won the best innovative action plan.
Her Excellency Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa Al Khalifa congratulated the winning team of the “Youth of Gold” award for the best national study in the field of leadership, where in first place was the study (Leadership in the field of Community and Social Responsibility), the second place was the study (Leadership in the field of youth), and the study (Leadership in the field of institutional work) won the third place, explaining the importance of the national studies prepared by the members of the HiPO Youth program according to the highest standards, based on the scientific materials acquired by the participants from the workshops as well as the training courses during the program, which reflects the Kingdom of Bahrain’s possession of energies and youth leaders capable of participating in the decision-making process and preparing development plans and initiatives.
Her Excellency Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa Al Khalifa explained that the strategic partnership between the Institute of Public Administration, the Ministry of Youth Affairs, and ENJAZ Bahrain has contributed significantly to the success of the HiPO Youth program since its inception. She added that this continuous cooperation reflects the importance of networking efforts between various institutions to embody the concept of joint national action aimed at achieving national aspirations.
