

Her Excellency Dr. Shaikha Rana Bint Isa Bin Duaij Al Khalifa, Director General of the Institute of Public Administration, emphasized that the “Qiyadat” program is designed based on scientific standards and principles to support the preparation and qualification of national leaders. The program aims to achieve the highest levels of quality in delivering government services, aligning with the comprehensive developmental vision led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, may Allah protect him, and under the supervision of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, may Allah protect him.
This came during the discussion session organized by the Institute in the presence of Mr. Ali Yousif Fardan, General Manager of the National Bank of Kuwait – Bahrain, along with the participants of the 33rd cohort of the “Qiyadat” program. The program, offered by the Institute of Public Administration, is designed for public sector directors as part of the national initiative for developing government leadership.
Her Excellency Dr. Shaikha Rana Bint Isa Bin Duaij Al Khalifa underscored the vital role of national leaders in improving service quality across various sectors, emphasizing their capacity to drive the development of institutional work systems. She expressed pride in the government projects that have emerged from the leadership programs offered by the Institute, as they reflect the acquired skills and competencies within the services and initiatives provided to national professionals in both the public and private sectors.
For his part, Ali Yousif Fardan, General Manager of the National Bank of Kuwait – Bahrain, emphasized Bahrain’s commitment to developing national leaders by engaging them in specialized programs tailored to the nature and requirements of government work. He praised the efforts made in organizing meetings with national leaders, highlighting the Institute’s dedication to transferring accumulated expertise from both the public and private sectors. These initiatives, he noted, play a crucial role in fostering leadership thinking among participants of leadership programs, ultimately contributing to the advancement of strategic government work in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
