The Equal Opportunities Committee at the Institute of Public Administration Holds Its Fourth Meeting

The Equal Opportunities Committee at the Institute of Public Administration held its fourth periodic meeting of the year, chaired by Her Excellency Dr. Shaikha Rana Bint Isa Al Khalifa, Director General of the Institute. The meeting focused on reviewing key achievements made throughout the year in supporting Bahraini women and promoting the principle of equal opportunities.

Her Excellency Dr. Shaikha Rana Bint Isa Al Khalifa highlighted that the committee has accomplished several milestones reflecting the Institute’s commitment to gender equality and the empowerment of Bahraini women. She noted that the committee’s future projects for 2025 will focus on enhancing women’s leadership roles and supporting their professional advancement in both the public and private sectors.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the committee emphasized the importance of continuing to monitor outcomes and implement future plans in collaboration with task force teams throughout 2025. These efforts aim to achieve the desired objectives, strengthen the role of Bahraini women in leadership, support the implementation of the National Gender Balance Plan, and contribute to the advancement of sustainable development.
