

Her Excellency Dr. Shaikha Rana Bint Isa Bin Daij Al Khalifa, Director General of the Institute of Public Administration, received His Excellency Mr. Yves Gounin, State Advisor of the French Republic, where discussions were held on various topics of mutual interest.
Her Excellency Dr. Shaikha Rana Bint Isa bin Daij Al Khalifa emphasized the Institute of Public Administration’s commitment to strengthening partnerships and expanding collaboration with leading international institutions, such as the French Council of State, in the fields of public administration, training, consultancy, research, and coaching programs. She highlighted the importance of leveraging the French experience in designing training programs and initiatives to better prepare national leaders capable of making strategic decisions and formulating policies that contribute to comprehensive development in line with global best practices. She also underscored the National Leadership Development Program for government leaders as a pioneering initiative aimed at enhancing institutional capacities across various public sector levels in accordance with the highest international standards.
For his part, His Excellency Mr. Yves Gounin commended Bahrain’s efforts in developing national capacities at both local and international levels and its remarkable achievements in this regard. He expressed his keen interest in establishing a strategic partnership with the Institute of Public Administration to integrate Bahrain’s successful practices into training programs, thereby contributing to the achievement of shared goals and aspirations.
