

Her Excellency Dr. Shaikha Rana Bint Isa Al Khalifa, Director General of the Institute of Public Administration, affirmed that the preparation of leaders and the development of leadership capabilities for the participants of the “HIPO-YOUTH” leadership program reflect an approach that supports knowledge, creativity, and investment in citizens. This translates Bahrain’s commitment to continuously developing and enhancing youth leadership skills and providing opportunities that ensure their participation in the journey of progress and sustainable development.
She added that the commitment of national leaders to transferring their accumulated experiences to the promising young generation reflects a deep interest in sharing valuable insights and strategies for addressing various administrative challenges. This contributes to fostering a culture of continuous learning and self-development among young people, enabling them to play a pivotal role across different sectors.
This came during the panel discussion attended by Her Excellency Dr. Shaikha Rana Bint Isa Al Khalifa, Director General of the Institute of Public Administration, Her Excellency Mrs. Dalal Al Ghais, CEO of Bahrain Development Bank Group, and the participants of the sixth cohort of the “HIPO-YOUTH” program, organized by the Institute of Public Administration in coordination with the Ministry of Youth Affairs.
The Director General of the Institute of Public Administration expressed her pride in the Bahraini youth participating in the program, emphasizing the importance of continuing the process of learning and training. She highlighted that this expands perspectives, opens broader pathways for youth to contribute, excel, and innovate, ultimately supporting the achievement of Bahrain’s national aspirations.
Her Excellency Mrs. Dalal Al Ghais, CEO of Bahrain Development Bank Group, stated, “Bahraini youth are the true wealth of this nation and the hope for the future we aspire to. We have full confidence in their ability to fulfill future aspirations and overcome challenges.” She praised the pioneering role played by the Institute of Public Administration in developing youth leadership capabilities and creating the right conditions for them to assume national responsibilities.
Mrs. Dalal Al Ghais added that participation in national youth programs plays a key role in refining skills that align with the needs of the present and the demands of the future.
