Dr. Mohammad Ameen, Director of the Public Administration’s Masters Program of the Bahrain Institute of Public Administration (BIPA), announced that the Institute has started receiving nominations for the third batch of the program and will continue through the first of upcoming October through the e-site of BIPA, www.bipa.gov.bh/mpm. He further reasserted that the program is primarily targeting the civil servants and is founded on a supportive methodology designed to qualify the government leaderships who are capable of decision making and building of policies on scientific basis.
Dr. Ameen further stated that the participants will earn at the end of this program academic certifications issued by the Aix-Marseille University which is considered one of the 130 best universities at the global level, besides professional certification from the French National School of Administration, gathering affiliations by a number of world leaders and presidents. Dr. Ameen highlighted the flexible timings of the program, consisting of 16 study modules to be completed in two years, amplified by distance learning units. Furthermore, the study methodology adopted in the program is based on exchange of professional expertise and built on best international practices.
Dr. Ameen also explained that the program was launched in the 2016 on the strength of BIPA’s belief and confidence in the importance of scientific research for reaching the highest standards of excellence in offering government services that keep pace with the development aspirations. Also, the program is custom-designed based on the training needs of the public sector and that it is being organized and offered by the Aix-Marseille University, the National School of Administration, the University of Bahrain and TAMKEEN.
