Project Management Professional (PMP)

An accredited course to qualify the trainee for the PMP certification exam, offered by the Global Project Management Foundation (PMI) for professionals in project management. The PMP certification  is  an internationally accredited professional standard for project management,  and reflects the knowledge, experience and skills  obtained   in this field.  

This certificate is considered one of the most demanded certification because it enables project managers to enhance their knowledge, develop their management and leadership skills, in addition to learning about project management strategies and methodologies and how to apply them effectively within organizations.

Certified Associate in Project Management( CAPM®)

This is a certified course designed to prepare trainees for the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) exam. The program is structured to equip participants with the necessary knowledge and tools to pass the exam and build a successful career in project management. It is based on intensive training aligned with the seventh edition of the PMBOK® Guide, providing a comprehensive perspective on best project management practices, ensuring full readiness to pass the CAPM® certification exam.

Program Management Professional(PgMP®)

This training course aims to prepare professionals for the Program Management Professional (PgMP®) certification. The program focuses on key areas of program management, including strategic alignment, benefits management, stakeholder engagement, and governance. The course is designed to provide participants with the necessary knowledge to successfully pass the PgMP® exam and enhance their program management skills.

Certified project officer (CPO) Certification

A Certified Project Officer is a professional who oversees the planning and implementation of projects within the organization,   ensuring that  all aspects of the project are completed on time,  within budget, and in accordance with the required standards. 

The CPO is  a professional project management certificate issued by the  Project Management Institute (IPM) and  is therefore internationally accredited.

The training process will include hands-on workshops  with  project managers with institutional achievements, and  the program will blend theory and professionalism.

For Government Entities:
The Institute of Public Administration receives nomination applications by training officials in government agencies via the Special Registration System (TMS) on the Institute’s website (www.bipa.gov.bh).

Private sector institutions and individuals:
Through the registration form on the website of the Institute (www.bipa.gov.bh).
