On Bahraini Youth day, Director General for the Institute of Public Administration: “Kheberat & HiPO” are among the most recognized training programs which we strive to prepare youth for the labor market
Her Excellency Dr. Shaikha Rana Bint Isa Bin Daij Al Khalifa, the Director General of the Institute of Public Administration, emphasized the significance of empowering and equipping youth to lead the drive for development and progress across both the public and private sectors. Where she emphasized that Bahraini youth constitute a pivotal focal point within the institute’s training programs, research, and consultancy services. This focus on youth preparation is derived from the insightful vision of His Majesty King Hamad Bin Isa Al Khalifa, the beloved King of the Kingdom, may Allah protect him and safeguard him ,bolstered by the support of His Royal Highness Prince Salman Bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister and overseen by His Highness Shaikh Nasser Bin Hamad Al Khalifa ,Representative of His Majesty the King for Charity Work and Youth Affairs, and President of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports.
Her Excellency Dr. Shaikha Rana Bint Isa Bin Daij Al Khalifa emphasized the Institute of Public Administration commitment to various programs aimed at enhancing the skills of Bahraini youth and preparing them to lead the development process. Among the most prominent programs is the “HiPO” conducted in collaboration with the Ministry of Youth Affairs, which aligns with Bahrain’s future directions. This program empowers Bahraini youth to enhance their leadership skills and realize their potential for achieving local and international accomplishments by providing them with scientific methodologies, practical applications, and exposure to inspirational Bahraini leaders through interactive sessions. Additionally, in partnership with the Ministry of Labor, the institutes offer the Kheberat program to equip Bahraini youth seeking employment with scientific knowledge, practical skills, and professional certifications, positioning them as top candidates in both public and private sector job markets. This initiative focuses on enhancing the employability of Bahraini youth through learning and practical training in private sector organizations.

This endeavor aims to serve the youth and fulfill national aspirations of empowering Bahraini youth as the foremost drivers and primary stewards of national development.
