His Excellency Eng. Wael bin Nasser Al Mubarak, Minister of Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture, stressed that the youth element in the Kingdom of Bahrain is the real capital for building the future, pointing out that the development processes are the result of knowledge accumulation and experiences passed from one generation to another. Minister Al Mubarak expressed his pride in the Bahraini youth energies that work in various fields and in all sectors, stressing that they are a key pillar in the development of all vital sectors in a way that raises the quality of services provided and achieves the aspirations of citizens.
His statement came during His Excellency’s meeting with the members of the fifth batch of the National Leadership Program HiPO-YOUTH, which is organized by the Institute of Public Administration in cooperation with the Ministry of Youth Affairs and ENJAZ Bahrain.
In his address to the 30 young men and ladies from various sectors who were participating, H.E. stated that “You are the real capital that we are proud of in the process of building, development and achieving future aspirations,” , stressing the approach of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, may Allah protect him, in adopting, nurturing and developing the capabilities of young Bahrainis, providing the necessary environments and creating all the conditions that prepare them to assume national responsibilities. Minister Al Mubarak pointed out that the process of transferring experiences, creating conditions and providing opportunities for youth energies is a national responsibility in order to build a future that everyone dreams of.
For her part, Her Excellency Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa bin Duaij Al Khalifa, Director General of the Institute of Public Administration, explained that the Institute’s keenness to organize the HiPO Youth program with strategic and knowledge partnerships since its inception for the last five consecutive years, comes from the standpoint of social responsibility in empowering Bahraini youth, praising the keenness of His Excellency Eng. Wael bin Nasser Al Mubarak to transfer his experiences to the youth, who will lead the next phase of the building and development process in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Her Excellency Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa Al Khalifa added that the distinguished national outputs provided by the HiPO Youth program over the past years reflect the importance of the national training programs provided to Bahraini youth, as they contribute mainly to providing the appropriate environment to hone their skills according to the highest standards and come out with outputs that contribute to the advancement of various sectors in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
