Minister of Electricity and Water Affairs: The Governmental vision of the Crown Prince and Prime Minister has enabled the youth leadership to participate in the progress and development march of the Kingdom
His Excellency Engineer Wael Bin Naser Al Mubarak, the Minister of Electricity and Water Affairs affirmed that the participation of the youth today in directing and managing National projects and realizing cultural achievements on every front reflects the government’s vision of His Royal Highness Prince Salman Bin Hamad Al Khalifa the Crown Prince and Prime Minister (May Allah protect him and guide him) for the youth leaders to have a role in realizing the aspirations of the Kingdom and to contribute in the process of progress and sustainable development.
His Excellency’s comments came on the occasion of his virtual meeting with the participants of the Third batch of the Leadership program “HIPO Youth” , which is being held from the 1st of August to the 8th of September 2021, in collaboration with the Institute for Public Administration; Ministry of Youth and Sports Affairs; Enjaz Bahrain; Jafcon and Bahrain Institute for Banking and Finance studies (BIBF).
His Excellency the Minister for Electricity and Water Affairs stated that the success of Government services establishments depends on new and creative ideas that are presented by the national youth cadres in order to excel in government work and improve the quality of the services given to the citizens. He explained that the Ministry of Electricity and Water Affairs places the enablement of its youth cadres and strengthening their abilities with all the necessary administrative skills as a top priority.
His Excellency pointed out that spreading and strengthening the culture of innovation and creativity specially among the young employees has contributed in safeguarding the excellence of the ministry’s services and initiatives and bolstered its service and production capabilities.
For his part His Excellency Dr. Raed Mohammed Bin Shams, the Director General of Bahrain Institute for Public Administration (BIPA) praised the Administrative experience and leadership of His Excellency Engineer Wael Bin Naser Al Mubarak, highlighting the importance of transfer of his experience and expertise to the generation of youth who will be driving the coming stages of progress of building and development in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
He added that the “HIPO Youth” program will continue its roll in linking the National youth cadres with the distinguished government leaders for the sake of enhancing their knowledge and skills and the scientific methods which will help them to launch projects aimed at realizing more achievements in both the private and Public sectors.
