One of the prominent professional programs presented by the Institute of Public Administration for affiliates of the Private sector with the aim to prepare and develop national leaders capable to manage the Institutional work system in this vital sector in a manner that will contribute to achieving the National expectations and boost the National economy.
This program is divided into three essential levels which are:
The basic level which develops specialists and provide them with the necessary skills and abilities to take on supervisory positions in the future.
The Professional level that aims to enable those already holding supervisory positions of leading teams and professional projects and programs.
The Executive level that provides the senior leaders and management with methodologies and mechanisms necessary for the management of the private sector.
