The Institute of Public Administration is committed to developing the public and private sectors, as well as individuals, to support sustainable development plans by providing learning and training, offering consultancy services, conducting scientific research, performing assessments, and coaching, in addition to strategic communication activities. This is aligned with the Economic Vision of the Kingdom of Bahrain 2030.
Quality performance represents one of the fundamental pillars that reflect the features of our organizational culture, as it is a personal responsibility for all members of the Institute of Public Administration. This ensures the maintenance of quality performance in all the Institute’s activities at the highest levels. Therefore, the following objectives must be achieved:
- 1. Establish appropriate quality objectives aligned with the levels and tasks relevant to the Institute, aiming to achieve the required compliance in harmony with our policy. This is achieved through proper planning, periodic review, optimal analysis, and corrective actions, in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.
- 2. Continuously improve the training programs, consultancy & research services, assessment & coaching services provided by the Institute.
- 3. Commit to implementing the strategic objectives of the Institute.
- 4. Promote the enhancement of the work environment for all Institute members by providing modern training frameworks and advanced tools, enabling them to efficiently meet client needs.
- 5. Meet or exceed anticipated client needs, both direct and indirect, by delivering high-quality services in the desired format and within the required timeframe.
- 6. Attain or exceed the desired quality level in line with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements, relevant stakeholder expectations, and codes of professional conduct applicable to activities.
- 7. Foster a risk-based approach by identifying risks and opportunities to ensure desired outcomes, and to prevent or mitigate undesirable effects.
- 8. Embed quality principles, maintain continuous improvement commitment, and ensure alignment with goals and objectives by all Institute members.
- Develop, implement, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators to achieve the highest quality standards by taking timely corrective measures.
