His Excellency the Advisor for Information Affairs at the Court of His Royal Highness the Crown Prince, Mr. Isa Bin Abdul Rahman Al Hammadi affirmed that Institutional work is a joint effort between the individuals at any institutions. Each individual is responsible to carry the message of the institution to participate actively to realize its visions pointing out that institutional work should be a continuous effort that is based on the earlier achievements and accomplished by successive administrations and senior executives in the presence of a single vision and clear strategic and long term goals for the institute.
His statement came during a meeting with the affiliates of the leadership Program “Hypo” during the activities of the 10 edition of the Youth City 2030 event, where His Excellency participated as a speaker along with His Excellency Dr. Raed Mohammed Bin Shams the Director General of Bahrain Institute for Public Administration (BIPA) in the session “Hypo Talk” regarding Institutional work.
The Advisor, Mr. AL Hammadi stated that it is a joint responsibility, when an employee acclimatizes with the work environment at his place of work, on his part it is vital that the employee develop his skills, cooperate with his colleagues, and adjust to the pressure of work, if existing. On the other hand it is the responsibility of the decision makers to provide a stimulating environment for creativity and productivity, pointing out that every individual in an institution is a a vital and active participant in the achieving of objectives and accomplishments.
For His part His Excellency Dr. Raed Mohammed Bin Shams Director General of Bahrain Institute for Public Administration (BIPA) stated that the youth of Bahrain in the near future shall turn the wheels of development in the Kingdom towards achieving sustainable development goals and realizing the Governmental agenda. HE added that the Hypo program and many other initiatives for the youth that are being created by our capable and skilled national resources would form a whole platform for leading youth towards managing government work systems in the Kingdom of Bahrain. this will be achieved through the scientific knowledge and skills and expertise gained through the presentation of this programme, from best management practices which in future they will be able to utilize to create and develop pioneering national outcomes of development in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Participants in the program were briefed on the best practices and reviewed a number of experiences and experimented with work options, creative and positive participation in the developing of the society via entrepreneurship and engagement in the private and public sector and using the available means of self-development for individual and for institutional development.
