The Institute of Public Administration “BIPA” harvested best practices award in smart education for the category of smart partnership, offered by the electronic Institute of total quality in the Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University (HBMSU) for e-training project, in a ceremony held on the sidelines of the best practices in the smart education forum on the 20th of last month of October in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, under the patronage of the Crown Prince of Dubai and President of the University his Highness Shaikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, as this award asserts on the leading role played by BIPA in the field of creative learning through modern methods based on smart practices in this area, Incorporating them in the public administration sciences to get the best training programs.
Senior Director of Basic Development and Creative Learning at the Institute Mr. Mohammed Al-Sabba stressed that BIPA’s participation in this event and winning the award is the result of continuous work devoted by the Institute since its inception and aims to provide best practices in e-learning, considering it as the perfect choice for the initial training in the public administration, indicating that the institute is working to continue to participate in such international forums to take advantage of recent experiments.
Mr. Al-Sabba added that this award, which cropped by BIPA to support continued growth and development of smart teaching ensures the acquisition of creative ideas, appreciate its value and discuss the issue of its harmonization with strategic thinking, and then leading it through precise and systematic implementation process, thus the idea behind the initiative is to ensure that the best practices in smart education are integrated firmly within the culture of institutes of education, so that they become able to produce a stable platform for the continuation and sustainability.
Mr. Al-Sabba presented a working paper on smart partnerships, in which he reviewed the Institute's experience in this area, as the participation received a great response from the audience who hailed the Institute’s achievements in training programs that contributed to the revival and development of public administration methods, which are in line with other recent developments and smart practices applicable in public administration.
It is noteworthy that the forum is held annually and it is one of the initiatives offered by the Vice-President of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, in the field of smart learning as part of the exerted efforts to improve education as a fundamental element of the components of the UAE Vision 2021, and this award is granted by HBMSU for educational institutions and bodies operating in the smart education from all over the world for their best practices, many institutions and bodies which represented several countries, including the United States, Australia, Italy and Indonesia, have entered the competition, also all countries’ participations taking part in the competition have underwent an assessment process carried out by international committee comprising from e-learning experts in the world.
