

Mr. Yousif Abdullah Bucheeri, Director of Business Development at the Institute of Public Administration, affirmed the Institute’s commitment to continuously developing leadership and managerial competencies across various public and private sectors, as they play a vital role in the journey of progress and development. He highlighted the capabilities of national leaders, which contribute significantly to institutional advancement and drive progress in various fields.
This statement came during his participation in the virtual forum titled Developing Institutional Partnerships to Achieve Sustainable Development in GCC Countries, organized by the Institute of Public Administration in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
During the forum, Mr. Bucheeri showcased the Institute’s achievements through the National Leadership Development Program, emphasizing the program’s role in improving the quality of services offered by ministries and public sector institutions. The program is continually refined to align with the skills and institutional capabilities of government personnel and aims to foster a culture of creativity and innovation, ultimately enhancing the efficiency and quality of public services in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
It is worth noting that the forum addressed several key topics, including the importance of institutional collaboration in achieving sustainable development, successful regional partnership experiences, challenges and solutions in building effective partnerships, and the role of regional organizations in promoting cooperation to support sustainable development.
