

Dr. Raed Ben Mohammed Shams, Director General of the Institute of Public Administration (BIPA) stressed on the importance of reverting back to generating Knowledge and using it to enhance the outcomes of training programs in the Arabian Gulf region, since Knowledge is the foundation and core element for creating a dynamic strategic sector such as training.
Therefore, Knowledge must be used as the source for the governmental (administrative) development , which will assist in establishing an academic training platform for the Gulf region to enable the governments and establishments in both the private and public sectors to provide the latest trends and practices and to equip them with the best tools for its successful implementation .
Dr. Raed’s statement came at the closing session of the Court of the Future, in which Dr. Raed participated as the Attorney General and the Institute for Public Administration (BIPA) as a strategic partner.
Ben Shams clarified that the Court of the Future which was held, for the very first time in the Arabian Gulf Region initially aimed to examine the vital issues and challenges facing the future of Training in the region. The Final statement affirms the necessity of bringing about a better future for training by empowering the creative training minds and rehabilitating them to work within a unified GCC framework. Such a Framework will incorporate the best minds from the various strategic sectors, who can face the challenges of the future, enhancing the outcomes of Training and will be able to overturn the challenges into sustainable opportunities in various active sectors. This will augment the growth and development to achieve our stance regionally as a destination that can welcome the future and energize it as well.
Dr. Ben Shams also pointed out that the Institute for Public Administration, the regional training centers, institutes, and trainers will all abide by the recommendations of the Court of the Future, And adopt it as a road map to draw a comprehensive and strategic track for the future of training in the region, in order to achieve tangible and quick results that support the training policies and programs aligned with the needs of the Government Action Plan and the private sector and the Labor Markets in the Arabian Gulf Region.
This will be achieved via the adoption of mechanisms that concentrate on the results by empowering joint training teams based on pioneering methods of work in order to create “a sustainable and innovative training environment”, adding that innovation and technologically advanced examples and solutions will be used to support the development in the region as a whole.
Ebrahim Al Tammimi, the originator of the idea and the general supervisor of the Court of the Future added that emergence of the future of training is the core of the equation of change, and the vital dynamo for the process of growth and development towards adopting a strategy created to develop the training sector in the Arabian Gulf Region. A strategy based on building capacities and preparing institutions and creating a futuristic culture with in the Government and Private sectors and others sectors linked with the human life.
He further pointed to the efforts in achieving this by adopting the resolutions of the Court of the Future to provide comprehensive educational and training programs, based on futuristic principles to enable the officials in the government sector and the private sector to enhance the future of strategic sectors and bolster their decision making and strategic planning capabilities and draw futuristic scenarios via educational and training programs based on scientific standards and principles.
