The Kingdom of Bahrain, represented by the Bahrain Institute of Public Administration “BIPA” has won for the second time in a row the membership of the International Association of Administration Schools and Institutes “IASIA), one of the major international organizations engaged in the development of public administration and human resources development. Ishaq Amin Al-Koohiji, the Executive Director of the Institute’s Education and Development Department, was elected as member of IASIA Board of Directors. This win is regarded as an international Bahraini achievement in the field of public administration that consolidates the status of the Kingdom of Bahrain and its ability to stamp Bahrain’s finger print at international level.
This achievement is also regarded as one of the fruits of the strategy of the Institute of Public Administration whereby it seeks to boost its contributions at the global level, taking advantage of the outstanding national government cadres as an administrative entity that enjoys local, regional and international weight. BIPA also seeks, thanks to its international partnerships, to boost the position of the Kingdom of Bahrain at both the regional and international levels. The achievements of the Institute have won global recognition and interest of all public administration institutes and organizations in the various countries of the world. The Institute of Public Administration in the Kingdom of Bahrain has evolved into an international house of expertise in the field of public administration thanks to the vision of the wise leadership and government, to promote government performance and enhance sustainability components of administrative and administrative development in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The International Association of Administration Schools and Institutes (IASIA) is active in promoting public administration’s theories, principles and methodologies as well as in enhancing international and regional partnerships in all fields related to public administration and improving realization of sustainability rates, excellence and performance by means of implementation of its strategic and operational plans which embody a set of development and training programs, international fairs and specialized committees that serve the development of public administration.
