

Her Excellency Dr. Shaikha Rana Bint Isa Bin Duaij Al Khalifa, Director General of the Institute of Public Administration, affirmed that the Institute’s commitment to organizing the HIPO-YOUTH program in coordination with the Ministry of Youth Affairs aligns with government directives aimed at supporting knowledge, creativity, and investment in Bahraini youth. She highlighted that the program’s outcomes, including the development of more than 40 national projects and studies, reflect the fruitful results of Bahrain’s youth-focused initiatives and programs. Her Excellency commended the pivotal role that young people play in presenting innovative ideas and effective solutions that contribute to the advancement of various sectors in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
This statement was made during her participation in the closing ceremony of the sixth edition of the HIPO-YOUTH National Leadership Development Program, attended by His Excellency Mr. Marwan Fouad Kamal, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Youth Affairs, along with several graduates and organizers of the program, which is implemented by the Institute of Public Administration in coordination with the Ministry of Youth Affairs.
His Excellency Mr. Marwan Fouad Kamal, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Youth Affairs, stated that the HIPO-YOUTH leadership program has benefited 273 participants since its launch over six consecutive years. Additionally, the program hosted more than 30 national leaders from various sectors to share their leadership experiences with participants.
He emphasized that the program’s success is a result of Bahrain’s strategic plans, which reflect its belief in the ambition, competence, and exceptional potential of Bahraini youth. He highlighted their ability to compete and meet the demands of the modern era, stressing the importance of continuously refining their talents and supporting their ideas to empower them in playing a pivotal role in shaping the nation’s future.
