

Her Excellency Dr. Shaikha Rana Bint Isa Bin Duaij Al Khalifa, Director General of the Institute of Public Administration and Vice Chair of the Government Service Centers Evaluation Committee, emphasized the importance of continuously developing and improving government services in alignment with national directives aimed at enhancing service efficiency and achieving high standards of quality and excellence. These efforts contribute to the comprehensive development journey led by His Majesty King Hamad Bin Isa Al Khalifa, the esteemed King of Bahrain, may Allah protect him, and under the continuous follow-up of His Royal Highness Prince Salman in Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, may Allah protect him.
Her statement came during an introductory workshop on assessment methodologies designed to prepare and qualify the evaluation team for the upcoming fifth cycle of the government service center evaluation process. The workshop was conducted by the administrative and central team of the Government Service Centers Evaluation Committee and was attended by a distinguished group of assessors who will be evaluating government customer service centers. This initiative reflects the committee’s commitment to training and equipping assessors to enhance government services, ensuring competitiveness and excellence.
Her Excellency, Vice Chair of the Government Service Centers Evaluation Committee, commended the dedication of the assessors in refining their skills and broadening their understanding of government services and best practices. She acknowledged their commitment to delivering constructive feedback and encouraged them to strive for excellence in their evaluations, ultimately improving services for the benefit of citizens, residents, investors, and visitors.
