Dr. Sheikha Rana bint Isa: The Kingdom of Bahrain has set a unified leadership path for the development of national cadres

Her Excellency Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa bin Duaij Al Khalifa, Director General of the Institute of Public Administration, stressed that the Kingdom of Bahrain has been able to set a unified leadership path to develop national cadres, by applying encouraging and supportive policies for them, while providing an environment that stimulates creativity to involve them in the comprehensive development process.
Her Excellency added that the Institute of Public Administration for its part implements its training plans and programs in line with national policies, with the aim of providing national cadres with the best advanced skills that will develop the system of Government work in the Kingdom of Bahrain to achieve the aspirations of citizens.
Her statement came during her attendance of the launch of the 32nd batch of the New Government Leadership Development Program “Kawader”, which is aimed at those at the level of heads of departments and the like.
Her Excellency Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa bin Duaij Al Khalifa explained that the ‘Kawader” program, which is part of the National Government Leadership Development Program, aims mainly to develop a creative leader who has the ability to participate in developing strategies and managing initiatives at the institutional level, by providing participants with a set of advanced methodologies and practices in the areas of leadership, team management, customers and partners, and effective communication. The program also enables them to employ creativity and raise productivity at work, which in turn contributes to improving the level of services provided in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Her Excellency Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa bin Duaij Al Khalifa pointed out that the National Program for the Development of Government National Leaders has contributed since its launch to the emergence of institutional initiatives that varied between government strategies, public policies, and re-engineering of institutional processes, which in turn contributed to the development of the government work system in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
