During her meeting with the CEO of BIBF and Board Member of the Institute of Public Administration, Dr.Shaikha Rana Bint Isa Al Khalifa: We work in line with national directives aimed at developing national cadres in both the public and private sectors
Her Excellency, Dr. Shaikha Rana Bint Isa bin Duaij Al Khalifa, the Director General of the Institute of Public Administration affirmed that the Government of the Kingdom of Bahrain, in line with the vision of His Majesty King Hamad Bin Isa Al Khalifa, May Allah protect him, and the leadership of His Royal Highness Prince Salman Bin Hamad AL Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, May Allah protect him, places the investment in the citizen to raise his efficiency and his level of performance at the top of its priorities since he is the main engine for pushing forward the wheels of development and advancement of the national economy.
She added that the Institute today is responsible for developing the national leaders in both the , and the Public sectors and the development of national cadres in the private sector is one of the priorities of the Institute’s work.
Her Excellency’s statement came on the occasion of her meeting with Dr. Ahmed Abdul Hameed Al shaikh, the Chief Executive Officer of the Bahrain Institute for Banking and Finance (BIBF), and board member of the Institute of Public Administration (as representative of the private sector).
Dr. Ahmed Abdul Hameed Al Shaikh congratulated Her Excellency Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa Al Khalifa on her appointment as Director General of the Institute of Public Administration, praising the government’s support and institutional confidence in the Institute’s outputs, which contributed to expanding the scope of its work to include the public and private sectors.
Al Sheikh also explained his aspiration to open new horizons of cooperation with the Institute of Public Administration, and to enhance aspects of joint work in the training sector, academic programs, professional programs, and a number of projects and initiatives aimed at upgrading national cadres in the public and private sectors.
