Her Excellency Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa bin Duaij Al Khalifa, Director General of the Institute of Public Administration, said that upgrading the capabilities and skills of national leaders in public sector institutions in the Kingdom of Bahrain, by providing them with the latest advanced methodologies in various fields is today a major requirement for the advancement of the institutional work system, which would contribute effectively to the comprehensive development process in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Her statement came during a meeting with the 29th batch of the Executive Leadership Development Program “Qiyadat”, for the category of managers in the public sector and the like within the National Program for Government Leadership Development.
Her Excellency Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa Al Khalifa explained that the “Qiyadat” program targets those appointed by cabinet orders, as the program seeks to develop a strategic leader who has the ability to make policies and achieve outstanding performance levels in various fields that drive sustainable development in the Kingdom of Bahrain, through optimal investment in qualified human cadres.
Her Excellency Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa Al Khalifa pointed to the importance of such programs, which act as a nurturing environment for institutional relations formed between national cadres from various institutions in the public sector, and contributes to facilitating administrative procedures and joint initiatives that serve the Kingdom of Bahrain to reach a unified institutional work system, characterized by integration and congruence between various government agencies.
