His Excellency Dr. Raed Mohammed Bin Shams the Director General of the Bahrain Institute for Public Administration (BIPA) affirmed that the initiatives and projects of the Institute come in collaboration with the national development plans focused on institutional integration and deelopment of the national economy. He pointed out that the Bahraini youth today are the focus of development and national progress and that all the national initiatives aim to create an integrated system whose back bone is the development of the youth.
His Excellency further explained that there are a number of initiatives and national projects that will be announce in cooperation with the Hope Talents, based on the actual needs of the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Labour Market which aim to develop the youth and provide them with the best scientific methodologies and applied practices to become the first choice in the Labour Market. His statement came on the occasion of the signing of the agreement for cooperation between the Hope Talents, on the sidelines of the opening ceremony of the Kheberat Program.
Dr. Bin Shams added, that the institute strives through its cooperation with Hope Talents to unify the national strategic vision aimed at enhancing the efficiency of talented youth and boost them on the ladder of competitiveness by drawing a strategic path for them , beginning with providing them scientific methodologies and applied practices and going through the actual institutional work experience that culminates by developing into an influential and effective entity in shaping the future of the institutional work system by enabling them to come up with initiatives and projects that reflect the reality of institutional work and preempt the challenges before they occur and reduce the effort and time and save financial resources.
For her part Ms. Latifa Mohammed, the Director General of Hope Talents said that the cooperation with the Institute for Public Administration (BIPA) is in line with the plans of the Hope Talents , based on the development of distinguished youth leaders and the development of their skills and abilities to build an integrated youth system able to raise the Kingdom of Bahrain at various local, regional and global levels in various fields.
She pointed out that that the Bahraini youth is capable of excellence and distinctiveness and play a key role as a pivotal engine for the national economy because of their national ambitions and sincere desire to progress to lead the wheel of national development and anticipate the future with a youthful vision based on passion for giving and love of pioneering.
