His Excellency Dr. Raed Mohammed bin Shams, Director General of the Institute of Public Administration (BIPA), raised heartfelt wishes of congratulations and felicitations to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, King of Bahrain, and to His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, the Prime Minister, and to His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Commander-in-Chief, First Deputy Prime Minister, God bless them and protect them on the occasion of the 19th anniversary of the National Action Charter.
His Excellency Dr. Raed Mohammed Bin Shams affirmed, that the National Action Charter is the clear reflection of His Majesty King Hamad Bin Isa Al Khalifa may Allah protect and guard him, the King of Bahrain’s wise and insightful vision for the advancement of the Kingdom of Bahrain in national, regional and international arenas and in various fields which will achieve the aspirations of citizen firstly, and put the kingdom in the rank of the advanced nations. He pointed out that the National Action Charter made the process of decision making a joint process between the wise leadership and the loyal people, towards the advancement of our nation and taking decisions based on national sense and sincere desire from the people to develop and achieve overall renaissance and comprehensive sustainability in all fields.
Dr. Bin Shams stated that the Institute for Public Administration, a part of the comprehensive and unified Government work system, stemming from the comprehensive vision of His Majesty the King and the reforms approach that were initiated by this forward looking vision to improve government work and raise the level of efficiency and quality of services provided to citizens. He explained that during the recent earlier phase, as part of the Bahrain team, the Institute has been able to achieve local, regional and international achievements in all areas of public administration, placing Bahrain on the international administrative competitiveness ladder and enabled it to lead the international administrative agenda through the presidency of the world oldest international public administration organization the International Institute of Administrative Sciences(IIAS), adding that the next phase will be a new step to strengthen the Kingdom administrative standing, improve the national leadership and enable them to manage the wheel of sustainable development in all fields.
