Dr. Bin Shams: Bolstering distance learning is a national duty we endeavor to raise the performance of the employee while following the “work from home” policy
Dr. Raed Mohammed Bin Shams, the Director General for the Bahrain Institute for Public Administration (BIPA) affirmed the importance of uniting of all cadres and leaderships of Government institutions to confront crises and challenges ahead and to work in cohesion as one team (Team Bahrain). He pointed out that the Institute for Public Administration gives importance to bolster means of “distance learning” in the light of the current situation, emanating from its national responsibility aimed at raising the performance of the government employee which in turn enhances the government outputs while following the policy of working from home as required by the current phase for social distancing by a conscious society aware of the need for social distancing while maintaining high government performance indicators that meet the National aspirations.
Dr. Bin Shams explained that the Institute for Public Administration works to increase its special programs for electronic learning, specially live electronic courses that the institute distinguishes with live interaction between the trainer and the trainees which bolster the educational outcomes received by the recipient.
Dr. Ben Shams’s remarks came as the Public Administration Institute (BIPA) launched a direct electronic session specializing in the field of qualitative data analysis through the program “ATLAS.ti (8),” where the course will be held online and free of charge between 6 and 20 April.
Dr. Bin Shams said that the qualitative analysis course for data is dedicated to students of the Master of Public Management Program and those interested in the field of scientific research in order to provide them with the necessary skills in this field, which is essential in the process of presenting systematic scientific studies, based on reliable statistics and compatible with the best scientific tools. known on a global level.
