Dr. Mohammed Amin, Director of the Public Administration Master’s Degree Program of the Bahrain Institute of Public Administration (BIPA), announced that nomination for the third batch of the program is still open via the Institute’s website www.bipa.gov.bh/mpm, while reasserting the fact that the program is based on a methodology that supports the qualification of government leaderships that are capable of decision making and policy building up based on scientific research. The program primarily targets the public sector employees.
Dr. Amin made it clear that the participants will be awarded at the end of the program academic certifications issued by a French university, which is featured as one of the best 130 universities at global level, besides professional certification by Ecole Nationale administration of France which graduated a number of international leaders and heads in the field of public administration. He said that the program is distinguished by flexible study hours and comprises 16 study modules to be completed within two years, amplified by distant learning courses. The adopted study methodology is based on exchange of professional expertise and best international practices.
Dr. Amin further clarified that the program was launched in the year 2016 based on BIPA’s belief in the importance of scientific research to attain the highest standards of quality in offering government services that keep pace with development and aspirations. What sets the program apart from the others is that it is designed in line with the training needs of the public sector and combines the best qualities and practices of the University of Bahrain and TAMKEEN.
