Institute of Public Administration provides value-added advisory services that meet the management requirements of all Ministries and other Government organizations. BIPA has adopted the (UNDP) approved international methodology of Capacity Development Faculty (CDF) to support consultations as high-level outputs that ensure solving problems and achieve optimal utilization of human resources, management and leadership skills in a manner that achieves excellence in meeting requirements and providing services in a more effective manner and higher productivity of the public sector.
