

The Institute of Public Administration launched its new promotional campaign “You Can”, which aims to spread the culture of e-training at any time and any place without restrictions, within its participation in the events of Bahrain International e-Government Forum 2013, and the associated exhibition, which was held under the patronage of Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Supreme Committee for Information Technology and Communication His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa, during the period from 8 to 10 April 2013, emanating from Institute's concern upon the importance of participation in the activities that contribute to innovation and exchange of experiences and knowledge between the public and private sector.
The stall of the Institute of Public Administration presented to visitors a brief explanation about the service of e-learning and e-training, which the Institute seeks within its e-training strategy to establish an integrated electronic environment that offers training opportunities and support individual's learning, also e-training web page has all learning tools that are provided by the Institute to deliver e-content sustainability and growth through educational games, e-courses, learning multimedia, as well as the keenness of the Institute to encourage participants to register and pass the electronic courses, where each participant who finishes e-course enters a periodic draw held every 3 months on “ipad4”.
Consequently, the visitors praised the new bouquet of e-learning games which were designed by e-training team at the Institute aiming to enrich employees' culture in public sector concerning essential skills of administrative process, as these games depend on the element of attraction and excitement in a simple manner that allow employees to effectively benefit from these games and achieve the desired goals in an atmosphere of challenge and entertainment.
