His excellency Dr. Raed Mohammed Bin Shams, the Director General of the Bahrain Institute for Public Administration BIPA, affirmed the importance of initiating the capacity-building and national leadership development strategies in line with the Smart transformation of Bahrain as stipulated in the Economic vision 2030. He said this would be achieved by linking the process of developing National cadres with the most vital scientific and professional methodologies by means of modern technology. His statement came as the Bahrain Institute for Public Administration BIPA prepared to launch the Electronic Platform Project to train Non-Governmental Organizations in coordination with the Ministry of Labor and Social Development.
Dr. Bin Shams explained, that this joint project comes in line with the joint governmental directives and vision between the Institute and the Ministry of Labor and Social Development, with the aim to raise the efficiency in performance of Financial management among the National cadres working in the non-government organization, pointing out that this project will enable them to achieve the comprehensive development plans with highest possible quality, based on the well-thought-out scientific and professional methodologies put in place and developed based on the actual and urgent needs of the public organization.
Dr. Bin Shams stated, this project comes as part of a huge array of plans, programs and initiatives aimed at developing and building capacities of National cadres, which the institute will be working on in cooperation with the Ministry of Labor and Social Development based on the Memorandum of Understanding that was signed, which itself will result in a number of training and educational programmes and initiatives that will raise the efficiency of the services provided by the government.
