Bin Shams affirms on the necessity of developing the National Media Cadres and unifying the Media Statement

His Excellency, Dr. Raed Mohammed Bin Shams, the Director General of the Bahrain Institute for Public Administration (BIPA), stressed on the need to develop the National Media Cadres and to raise the quality and efficiency of their work, to achieve the desired media plans and to improve the outputs of the media work and to develop a unified media discourse that keeps pace with the aspirations of the citizens, to get media communication that fulfills their need to know the latest developments on the local scene and their desire to get knowledge and information that reflect the latest developments and changes.
Dr. Bin Shams stated that the Institute for Public Administration and the National Communication Center will work to unify the vision and joint work strategies, which will lead to the development of the Media cadres and to raise the efficiency of the National leadership at the National Communication Center to meet the desired Institutional goals. He pointed out that the Institute will strive to provide a number of initiatives aimed at building National leadership at the Center, providing a number of programs and initiatives, which will result in unifying the media discourse aimed at the Government Work System and the Citizens.
For their part, the officials at the National Communication Center praised the significant role played by the Institute for Public Administration (BIPA) in preparing National Leaderships and providing them the latest knowledge, skills, behaviors and best international practices in Public Administration, which all leads to fulfilling the desired aspirations in reaching the highest levels of excellence and Leadership.
The Officials at the National Communication Center expressed their thanks and appreciation to the Institute for Public Administration, for their significant role in preparing National cadres, which supports the comprehensive development march for the Kingdom of Bahrain, which further reflects in the outstanding status of the kingdom in regional and international arenas.
