Al Moayed: For the sake of the future of the Kingdom we plant hope in the souls of the Youth

His Excellency Ayman Bin Tawfik Al Moayed, the Minister of
Youth and Sports Affairs affirmed that the Kingdom of Bahrain today places its trust in the youth to carry out their fundamental and essential role in the management of the wheel of sustainable development and excellence in all the sectors in the Kingdom. His Excellency highlighted the wise vision of His Majesty King Hamad Bin Isa Al Khalifa, the King of the country (May Allah Bless him), which affirms the position that the youth must undertake and his Majesty’s insightful vision which is based on National creativity and innovation to achieve the desired national aspirations, under the umbrella of the action program of the esteemed government under the leadership of His Royal Highness Prince Salman Bin Hamad Al Khalifa the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, (May Allah Bless him and protect him) that gives priority to the youth in the national work as well as the youth work development that has been drawn by His Highness Shaikh Naser Bin Hamad Al Khalifa His Majesty’s representative for Humanitarian work and Youth Affairs that focuses on empowering and advancing the youth to achieve National aspirations.
His Excellency’s statement came on the occasion of his virtual meeting with the final meeting with the participants in the third batch of the “HIPO YOUTH” program for youth leaderships which was held from the 1st of August to 8th of September 2021, in collaboration with Bahrain Institute for Public Administration(BIPA), Ministry of Youth and Sports Affairs, as well as Enjaz Bahrain, Jafcon and Bahrain Institute for Banking and Finance Studies (BIBF).
His Excellency the Minister noted the importance of the HIPO youth program this year, which gave the youth of the Kingdom of Bahrain from both the private and public sectors, the opportunity to gain expertise from the most distinguished leaders in the government, He reviewed with the youth a number of important points to benefit from in their own lives and planting hope in the young souls and His Excellency guided them to writing the future in clear letters and adapting it to reach the objectives. He affirmed on the importance of choosing the appropriate partners and to unify the interests to achieve the goals in addition to highlighting the importance of specialization during the present phase instead of fragmentation in several fields and wasting the efforts of the youth. He explained that the transfer of administrative knowledge and accumulated professional expertise of the current leadership to the young generation is one of the most important factors for the progress of the establishments, since the young national cadres have the positive energy and drive that could be invested in accomplishing projects and achievements by refining the well established administrative and creative practices of the leaders.
His Excellency at the same time pointed out that the youth should strive and endeavor in the search for new opportunities and present innovative and extraordinary ideas and employ best applied practices and scientific methodologies for the progress of the Kingdom of Bahrain in order to achieve the desires which are relying on them and their nationals ambitions.
For his part the Director General of the Bahrain Institute for Public Administration (BIPA) His Excellency Dr. Raed Mohammed Bin Shams stated that most distinguished characteristic of the “HIPO YOUTH” program is its ability to create such encounters that transfer the best and strongest management expertise to the youth of the Kingdom of Bahrain praising the experience of His Excellency the Minister Ayman bin Tawfik Al Moayed and affirming the importance of transferring it to the youth to introduce them to the means of facing various administrative challenges and means of creating strategic plans based on accumulated experiences and administrative sciences in order to prepare them for their fundamental role in various sectors to manage the future development process of the Kingdom.
