Chairman of the Council of Representatives His Excellency Ahmed bin Ibrahim Al-Mulla stressed on the important role played by the Institute of Public Administration (BIPA) in moving forward youth and administrative capacities in the Kingdom of Bahrain, and contributing in upgrading the level of staff from various sectors, which in turn contributes to supporting the political, economic and administrative work in the Kingdom in general, and strengthening the legislative and parliamentary role, besides taking advantage of BIPA's cumulative experience, in particular. HE Al-Mulla noted that the Council of Representatives in the Kingdom of Bahrain is extremely keen on supporting the reform project of His Majesty, and keeping an eye on the real and profound cooperation with various agencies and ministries in the country, according to a prior planning and well-studied plan in conformity with the government, with the aim of achieving the desired goals by all parties; and perhaps the most important of these goals are preserving public money, promoting administrative work and supporting the developmental and economical projects in the Kingdom of Bahrain, with our profound attention paid to the youth who resemble the promising future reservoir.
This came in a meeting of His Excellency; Chairman of the Council of Representatives in his office on Tuesday morning (April 14), with a group of public sector directors who are taking part in the preparation program for government leaders (leaders) at BIPA.
For his part, BIPA's Director General Dr. Raed bin Shams valued highly the warmth of the meeting and the hospitality bestowed to them by the Chairman of the Council of Representatives, stressing on continuing the joint cooperation and efforts between the two sides to improve the legislative and administrative work and enhance the skills and capabilities of the employees for the good and the interest of the nation. After that Dr. bin shams explained in detail BIPA's program i.e. the preparation program for government leaders (leaders), which the Institute is working hard to launch, where the program is considered a part of the national program for the preparation of government leaders, which was designed to draw a career path for government leaders, from the level of under the heads of departments to the level of undersecretaries, primarily aiming to prepare directors who are able to take responsibility and bear challenges to deal with them in a methodological and organized approach that helps them carrying out their leadership role efficiently, furthermore; the program is based on five approved core themes, fed to the leaders to refine their skills as follows: determining the vision, the mission of the organization, developing individuals, controlling the work of the organization besides developing it, customer and partners care, in addition to attaining achievement and obtaining the desired results.
