From her part, Program Coordinator Dana Albuarki revealed that the targeted group of the “coaching” program are Directors, heads of departments and groups, stressing that; at the end of the program participants will be able to: identify the general concepts of coaching, understand the process of coaching and success influencing factors, identify the essential skills required for the success of the coaching, recognize the key capabilities that should be available in the Coach and the Coachee, and understand the (GROW) model for coaching and how to use it, know how to use the coaching in improving performance, and knowledge of possible challenges when carrying out personal coaching, and how to overcome them, and last but not least, the ability to conduct an integrated personal coaching session.
