The delegated Moroccan Minister of the Prime Minister in charge of public service and modernization of administration in the brotherly Kingdom of Morocco Mr. Mohammed Mubdai praised, during his visit to the Institute of Public Administration (BIPA), the achievements attained by the institute in the field of capacity building, as well as the level of the training programs offered by the Institute led by the leadership programs that were designed to suit the nature of work in the Kingdom of Bahrain in particular; and the Arab world in general, as the minister Mubdai expressed the desire of Morocco in getting more and factual learning from BIPA's experiences in the field of rehabilitation, training and development of human cadre in the public sector.
The Director General of BIPA Dr. Raed Mohammed bin Shams reviewed with Minister Mubdai and the director of the National School of Administration in Morocco Nadia Albernoussi – in the presence of the Moroccan ambassador to the Kingdom of Bahrain Ahmed Khetabi – BIPA's strategy in research, pointing to the fact that Morocco is an important strategic partner for BIPA in its initiative to establish the Middle East and North Africa group for Public Administration Research, as Morocco is a distinguished example in public administration and its integration in the group will be an opportunity to meet and cross-fertilization of Arab ideas from the east and the west; to come out with new concepts that enable States to confront current and future administrative challenges.
In the same vein, BIPA's Executive Management reviewed the leading experience of the Institute in building Bahraini capacities through the design of training programs that have contributed significantly to the creation of a large strategic segment of government leaders, in addition to creating a second row that is able to support the plans of sustainable development processes in all fields, along with the comprehensive electronic experience of BIPA for all e-training programs in the region, as the Institute still provide neighboring countries with the new experiences which made BIPA won awards at several international forums.
The Moroccan minister also expressed the desire of the Kingdom of Morocco to activate the memoranda of understanding between the two sides in the fields of exchanging administrative expertise, trainers and trainees, pointing to the need to benefit from the experiences of others in order to improve government services.
