This is in addition to the ability to manage the challenges and control of the change, and performance monitoring, as well as the ability to manage the project scope, cost, time and contracts, and identify stakeholders and involve them in a lengthy life cycle, and to create a positive environment of effective communication and cooperation among all parties to achieve the objectives of the project, and finally recognizing the reality of government projects management in the Kingdom of Bahrain, through the provision of a realistic case study of accomplished government projects.
Mrs. Shana'a added: “the program will not rely on the theoretical side only, but there will be field trips to one of the government or private institutions involved in projects management, to learn about the functioning of the projects in these institutions, and then discuss the outputs of the visit in groups, which enriches the training process and enhances the information gained during the program. ” She also pointed out that at the end of the program participants will present their projects they have implemented during the training, as a direct practical application on what has been trained on.
