In Implementation of the vision of the Institute of Public Administration (BIPA) related to the fruitful and constructive cooperation strategies between international and regional centers in the field of training and qualifying of cadres in government sector, Director General of BIPA Dr. Raed Mohammed bin Shams met with the Chinese Ambassador in the Kingdom of Bahrain Mr. Lee Chin, to discuss aspects of cooperation in the field of public administration and presenting consultation, studies and research, in order to exchange experiences and learn from different practices, which would contribute to the reintegration of cadres and leaders, according to the advanced training programs and then development of government work, especially that Bahrain will host the largest gathering of public administration bodies in the Middle East countries.
This meeting comes as Bahrain is the main gate for all of the Gulf region and the Arab region, which stimulates BIPA to carry out the role entrusted with; to look up to a new era of work in the field of public administration at the regional and international levels, on the contrary, the relevant Chinese authorities keenness in bilateral cooperation comes as Bahrain represents a significant international position in the field of public administration.
It is worth mentioning that the recent continued meetings between the Director General of the Institute and a number of ambassadors, especially this meeting, reflect the perspicacious and sagacious vision of BIPA's officials for the high level of proficiency reached by the Chinese institutions in the field of public administration, and then transfer the experiences of these institutions and learn from them, as well as the constructive cooperation for the interests of the two friendly countries in the field of public administration.
