Individual Coaching Sessions
It is a 1 to 1 session between the coach and the coachee to raise ideas and stimulate energies in order to enhance personal and professional capabilities to their maximum. This clarifies the vision of the coachee and helps him to reach his goals and link those goals with the objectives and vision of the institution where he works.
Team Coaching
Team coaching is a modern method of coaching that involves providing coaching sessions to all team members at the same time, with the aim of improving team performance, achieving harmony, and developing their abilities to work together collaboratively and harmoniously.
The Coach Leader Program
An integrated training program concerned with developing the coaching skills of managers and heads of departments and enabling them to provide coaching sessions to their employees, which achieves a notable level of institutional performance, and contributes to raising the efficiency and level of performance in the public and private sectors.
