

Her Excellency Dr. Shaikha Rana Bint Isa Bin Duaij Al Khalifa, Director General of the Institute of Public Administration, affirmed the institute’s commitment to enhancing leadership competencies and contributing to the development of government services in alignment with national visions and strategies in the fields of sustainability and human resource development.
This came during the Director General’s meeting with the directors participating in the Future of Work in Government for the Gulf Arab States program, offered by the Royal Academy of Management in collaboration with the General Secretariat of the Gulf Cooperation Council.
Dr. Shaikha Rana Bint Isa emphasized the importance of this program in equipping government leaders with the necessary skills and knowledge to tackle future challenges and achieve the strategic goals of the GCC countries. She also stressed the need to adopt the latest administrative approaches and modern technologies in government work to enhance efficiency and improve the quality of services provided.
Her Excellency Dr. Shaikha Rana Bint Isa urged program participants to make the most of the training opportunities it offers. She also encouraged the exchange of experiences and knowledge among participants, fostering greater collaboration and coordination among various government entities.
