

Her Excellency Dr. Shaikha Rana Bint Isa Bin Duaij Al Khalifa, Director General of the Institute of Public Administration, affirmed the Institute’s commitment to continuously developing government leaders who enhance administrative development across various sectors. This effort aims to achieve the desired objectives within the framework of the comprehensive development journey led by His Majesty King Hamad Bin Isa Al Khalifa, the esteemed King of the country, may Allah protect him, and under the continuous follow-up of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, may Allah protect him.
This took place during a panel discussion organized by the Institute. Her Excellency Dr. Mariam Athbi Al Jalahma, CEO of Government Hospitals, and the participants of the 32nd cohort of the Qiyadat program, which the Institute of Public Administration offers to public sector directors as part of the National Leadership Development Program, attended the discussion.

She also emphasized the importance of active participation in leadership initiatives and programs, as they play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of services provided by ministries and public sector institutions.
