Her Excellency Dr. Shaikha Rana Bint Isa Bin Duaij Al Khalifa, Director General of the Institute of Public Administration, emphasized that agile leadership has become a crucial requirement to keep pace with the rapidly evolving dynamics of government work dynamics. She noted that the institute, through its leadership programs, aims to provide clear administrative methodologies and tools to promote a culture of institutional agility and foster a swift and dynamic work environment among decision-makers across various sectors.
This statement was made during the inauguration of the 32nd cohort of the “Qeyadat” Executive Leadership Development Program, which targets directors and equivalent positions. Her Excellency Dr. Shaikha Rana Bint Isa Bin Duaij Al Khalifa explained that the “Qeyadat” program, part of the National Leadership Development Program, primarily aims to cultivate leaders with strategic, investment-oriented thinking, capable of policy-making and achieving competitive institutional performance. The program equips participants with advanced management knowledge designed to enhance the institutional work system within the public sector.
Dr. Shaikha Rana Bint Isa Bin Duaij Al Khalifa highlighted that since its launch, the National Leadership Development Program has played a vital role in addressing the needs of government leaders across various public sector institutions.
