The Coach Leader Program is a program that focuses on coaching skills and enhancing them among leaders. Coaching is one of the modern interventions that is used globally to develop and enhance the capabilities of leaders. It is also used to increase the capabilities of employees, improve their performance, increase their personal awareness, motivate them, and enhance communication between the employee and his organization, and between the employees themselves.
The coaching is defined as a participatory process between two people, namely the coach and the coachee, and it takes place through multiple sessions between them. This process aims to help the coachee to reach certain goals that are agreed upon between the two parties during the coaching sessions.
Coaching motivates people to reach their highest professional and personal abilities, and promote organizational values.

Program Accreditation:
This program is accredited at LEVEL 1 from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) with 75 coach accredited training hours.
Certificate:
Achievement certificate provided by the
Institute of Public Administration, and
accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Eligibility to apply for ICF accreditation as a coach:
The graduates of this program become eligible to apply to ICF to become an accredited coach at the level of Associate Certified Coach (ACC). In order to receive this accreditation, the candidate must do the following:
1. Attend the accredited training program (The Coach Leader Program).
2. Conduct 100 hours of coaching practice (not included in this program).
3. Apply for the accreditation, and attend the final written exam directly with ICF (there is a certain fees payable by the applicant directly to ICF).
