Her Excellency Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa bin Duaij Al Khalifa, Director General of the Institute of Public Administration, stressed that investing in national cadres is a key pillar in the comprehensive development process laid down by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, under the close follow-up of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
H.E’s statement came during her participation in the opening session of the eleventh GCC Government Summit for Human Resources as a keynote speaker, which was held in the UAE capital, Abu Dhabi.
Her Excellency Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa Al Khalifa added that the culture of continuous learning, to keep pace with the rapid changes and developments in the field of technological development, is a prerequisite, to develop human cadres and achieve optimal investment in their capabilities and skills, towards achieving the objectives of the institutional work system and raising the level of institutional and administrative aspirations, noting that institutional results and objectives will only be achieved by promoting a culture of teamwork.
Her Excellency Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa Al Khalifa, speaking about her leadership experience and achievements at the personal and institutional levels, said that these achievements would not have been achieved without her belief that clarity of goals and efforts within one team is the basis for reaching goals and achieving results, adding that the leader during his institutional career must invest in his team and be keen to continue building and developing within one team and an integrated and unified system because the success of the institutional team is a success for the leader and his organization.
