Her Excellency Dr Shaikha Rana bint Isa Al Khalifa, the Director General of the institute of Public Administration stated that the continuation of the Institute to strengthen its partnership with the private sector, and our continued endevours to unify efforts between the private and Public sectors aims to build a unified work system that supports the development process in all sectors by investing in national cadres and strengthening their capabilities and experience.
Her Excellency’s statement came during the signing of the partnership agreement with Bahrain Airport Services Company (BAS) to discover areas of cooperation and exchange of expertise via a series of programs and training services that the Institute is ready to offer .
Her Excellency Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa Al Khalifa added that the national cadres at the institute for Public Administration design programs in coordination with the private sector, based on the actual needs of the targeted categories which are in line with the Intuitional visions and aspiration of the entities.
Her Excellency explained the vital role played by the training sector in developing national cadres in both the private and public sectors , with the aim to create a second line of National leaders capable of making decisions and policies to enhance Institional work.
For his part His Excellency Eng. Mohammed Khalil Ahmed the Chief Executive Officer of Bahrain Airport Services Company (BAS) stated that BAS aspires through this Strategic partnership with the Institute for Public Administration to develop the national cadres and strengthen their abilities in order to match the actual needs of BAS and its future expectations that it aspires to achieve by investing in the national leadership cadre. He pointed out that unified and joint visions and work strategies between BAS and the Institute has contributed to opening wider horizons than just cooperation, such as the Professional leadership program that has been designed by the Institute and shall be implemented based on the needs of the National cadres of BAS in order to upgrade their skills in leadership and building and making Institutional strategies and policies as well as managing teams with professionalism and readiness.
