Minister of Youth Affairs: The Kingdom of Bahrain has been able to provide a supportive environment to make youth pivotal contributors to national plans

Her Excellency Rawan bint Najeeb Tawfiqi, Minister of Youth Affairs, affirmed the pivotal role played by Bahraini youth in advancing the development process in the Kingdom of Bahrain, through their ability to come up with youth initiatives and projects that raise the level of national aspirations. She added that the Kingdom of Bahrain, under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, and through the forward-looking vision of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister. the youth initiatives and projects of His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs and Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, have provided a supportive environment for the development of youth and make them a pivotal contributor to national plans and initiatives.
This came when Her Excellency met with the members of the fifth batch of the HIPO-Youth National Leadership Program, organized by the Institute of Public Administration in cooperation with the Ministry of Youth Affairs and ENJAZ Bahrain.
For her part, Her Excellency Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa bin Duaij Al Khalifa, Director General of the Institute of Public Administration, explained that the meeting of Her Excellency the Minister of Youth Affairs with the members of the HIPO Youth program is a meeting from youth to youth, which reflects the energies and youth leaders present today in the Kingdom of Bahrain capable of participating in the decision-making process and preparing development plans and initiatives aimed at achieving national aspirations in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Adding that the exchange of experiences and applied practices by a group of government leaders is a proven mechanism in motivating and encouraging Bahraini youth to develop their abilities and skills and come up with innovative ideas and projects that contribute to achieving national accomplishments that keep pace with government visions.
It is worth mentioning that the Hipo Youth program has been able for four consecutive years to present a number of distinguished national outputs, as the participants in previous editions contributed to the preparation of more than 30 youth projects and initiatives that serve a number of vital sectors in the Kingdom of Bahrain, and a number of national studies have been completed from youth to youth initiatives related to the pillars of youth work and youth talents, as these outputs reflect the actual role of Bahraini youth and their achievements aimed at advancing the Kingdom of Bahrain at various levels.
