During a meeting with the CEO of Bahrain Airport Services Company (BAS), Dr. Sheikha Rana bint Isa: We will continue to strengthen partnership with the private sector in order to achieve the government aspirations of the Kingdom of Bahrain
Her Excellency Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa bin Duaij Al Khalifa, Director General of the Institute of Public Administration, stressed that the government’s directions and aspirations have drawn a clear strategic path to unify efforts and institutional work in the public and private sectors towards accelerating the wheel of development and achieving the desired aspirations. She noted, that the Institute will continue to strengthen partnership with the private sector and provide a range of services, programs and various initiatives that develop national leaders in this pivotal sector and increase their contribution to the national economy.
Her statement came during a meeting with H.E. Eng. Mohamed Khalil Ahmed, CEO of Bahrain Airport Services Company (BAS), to discuss areas of cooperation and exchange of experiences through a series of training programs and services that the institute is preparing to provide.
Her Excellency Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa Al Khalifa added that the Institute’s partnerships with the private sector in general and its partnership with Bahrain Airport Services Company (BAS) in particular, are essential partnerships that will serve the public and private sectors, through the training and educational outputs provided by the Institute, which will contribute to upgrading the institutional work sector in the Kingdom of Bahrain, by developing national leaders at various job levels and enabling them to be able to make decisions and institutional work policies.
For his part, H.E. Eng. Mohamed Khalil Ahmed, CEO of Bahrain Airport Services Company (BAS), said that BAS’s cooperation with the Institute of Public Administration reflects the common national visions and aspirations aimed at unifying efforts and developing national cadres who are the backbone of development and the focus of national development plans.
He pointed out that BAS seeks, through its cooperation with the Institute, to benefit from the training services and leadership programs provided by the Institute in making BAS cadres able to keep pace with developments and employ innovation and creativity methodologies in upgrading the institutional initiatives provided.
